This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members on the reception were available at every hrs. The beds were comfy and the people in the hotel had been usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Pretty awesome hotel and good area. I Certainly advise HNA Business Hotel Downtown Haikou!
